1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of umberdock.com ("Umber Dock", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of umberdock.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

Umber Dock is intended only for users aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. Virtual coins

• Coins are handed over free; nobody pays for any of them.
• They hold no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
• They cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the site sells nothing at all.
• No prize of real-world value is offered at any stage.
• Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset at any time.

4. No real-money gambling

Umber Dock does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your account

• You need a free account to play. One account per person; do not share it.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if someone else has used your account.
• If you sign in with Google, keeping that Google account secure is your responsibility, and you confirm the 18+ requirement here in the same way.
• You can remove the account at any moment via your account page. Removal is immediate and cannot be reversed.
• We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site or that we believe belongs to someone under 18.
• Coins, levels and jobs are account features, not possessions, and are subject to reset.

6. Acceptable use

Disrupting the service, using automated tools against it, offering coins for trade and allowing underage use of an account are all forbidden.

7. Availability and liability

The site is made available "as is" and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids the plays and pays it affected. Nothing set out here limits liability in a way the law does not allow, and your statutory rights are not affected by it.

8. Law

These terms are read under the law of England and Wales, and disputes arising from them are for the courts of England and Wales.
